Inspiring Imagination
There are few pleasures in the world as great to me as reading. As a child, I read voraciously, and without limits—I read about Greek Mythology, and biographies of great men and women, and Japanese Folk Tales, and about Lost Treasures of the Incas, and Fairy Tales, all with equal fervor. I traveled to other worlds with Charles Wallace Murray, and grew up alongside Taran Wanderer. I learned about Robot Detectives, and Magic Swords, and Time Machines. But most importantly, I learned that we live in a world without limits. And that's the most important lesson of all.—James A. Owen, The Chronicles of the Imaginarium Geographica series

Thank you for providing many wonderful books for our library program. With your donation, we are able to start a lending library for our youngest readers and their parents.
We are an urban, Title One school with more than a thousand of our 1450 students classified as economically disadvantaged. As a school district, we are determined to build the academic skills of all of our students in the face of many challenges. By supplying our library with the first copies of an early childhood collection, you have provided a substantial seed for a growing collection; thanks to your organization, we will be better situated to bring a richer literacy experience to our youngest students.
We are excited that our preschoolers will experience the thrill of bringing home a self-selected book from the “big kids' library”. Further, the teen parents of our day care children will also have the opportunity to bring home an appropriate book to read with their child.
Research has shown that literacy starts at home. Your generous donation has allowed our youngest students [to] build a richer, more supportive literacy experience that I believe will last a lifetime.
On behalf of the New Brunswick School System, our students and our youngest readers, thank you.

Thank you for the book. I like it. It's also funny. In the beginning you can maybe see if I remember in the beginning Hunter is well shall I say greedy. In the end Hunter learned his lesson. If he didn't the jungle would be in trouble.

I need to tell you how much my students are enjoying their [The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens] books. They truly are able to apply this information to their lives in a very proactive way, and it is so great to see them discuss the material in a mature and respectful way!

We received the books, and are delighted to be stocking them on bookshelves this week! There was some competition over favorite titles among the staff, and we found so many treasures among the selection. Thank you so much for all you've done to provide us with more reading material. It will make such a difference in our reading/literacy initiative!

All I can say is Wow! and thank you so much. Our students have reading goals each month and if they meet their goal 6 months out of 8 we give them a book of their own. Now I have those books to give out. Seventy-five per cent of our kids are on free or reduced lunch, so many do not own a lot books; we so appreciate this gift to us.

Books arrived today! I cannot thank you enough for all your generosity. I am already in the process of scanning the hardcovers into my library system. The kids are already asking when they can check them out. I know two teachers in my school that have been applying to countless numbers of grants to build their classroom libraries and they will surely appreciate the paperbacks you donated.
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Thank you for sending us those awesome books. My favorite book was the GREEN EGGS AND HAM. I used to have that book, but it got torn up. But since you sent GREEN EGGS AND HAM with the books, I can read them over and over and I still won't get tired of them.
We needed books too. We didn't have money (for) books in our class. You made our day. Thank you very much for bringing those wonderful books!
