Within the space of one year, Kids Need to Read was bursting out of its first office space – a small one room office and 10 X 15 basement storage inside a shared office complex. A new stand-alone facility was located nearby with plenty of room to work and store books. We called upon our army of understanding volunteers to help us move in the middle of August . . . in the desert!
